　Brand Name
2. 製造業者名稱及地址；屬進口者須加註進口業者名稱及地址
　Manufacturer's Name and Address; Importer's Name and Address
3. 重量或數量
　Weight or Quantity
4. 主要原料
　Primary Ingredients
5. 尼古丁及焦油含量
　Nicotine and Tar Content
6. 產製日期+有效期限或僅標示有效日期
　Production Date + Expiry Date, or Expiry Date only
7. 有害健康之警語
　Health Warnings
8. 其他經中央主管機關公告之標示事項
　Other Labeling Requirements as Announced by the Central Competent Authority
