Our Bureau aims to gather suggestions from various sectors, promote harmony between tax authorities and taxpayers, increase taxpayers' willingness to comply, and implement public services. We have established a mechanism for direct face-to-face communication with the public. If citizens have specific suggestions regarding tax laws or administrative measures, or complaints about services from various units, they can communicate face-to-face with the Bureau's Director-general, Branch Director, or Office Director through the "Appointment with the Director-general" program.
* Reasons for meetings:
- Those with specific reform suggestions regarding tax laws and administrative measures.
- Those who believe there is improper or unfair handling of tax collection matters by any of our Bureau's units.
- Those who believe staff members of our Bureau's units have violated laws or neglected their duties.
- Other requests for handling tax-related matters.
